Got an appointment same day and was 2nd in the phone queue when trying to make the appointment which was either lucky or the system has vastly improved.

This appointment was a surprise to me and in fact I did not receive a phone call. I am expecting a call on Friday 17 November between 3.0 and 5.0. Yesterday's "appointment" wasn't requested by me!
