I was quite satisfied with everything. The question about getting an appointment was not applicable . The surgery rang me to make the appointment.
Suggested improvements
Nothing. However I am not sure that I can see the benefit of such tick box questionnaires. Are they made compulsory by CQC which is a body in which I have little or no confidence?

Generally easier to visit to make an appointment rather than wait in a long, slow telephone queue.

Easy to get a nurse appointment but not a dr appointment reception staff including Louise excellent and caring.
Never get follow up when have blood test etc

Give results left week of blood pressure reading as requested as BP high and had blood test but no feedback

Telephone appointment happened as scheduled.
Issues under discussion were resolved, and Dr Newsom was excellent as usual.
Suggested improvements
Mulled wine and mince pies would be appreciated. It's nearly Christmas !
