I never have abu difficulty, getting appointments. I dont have long waits, at the surgery. Information is clearly given. Staff are efficient. Everything generally goes smoothly.

Everything is done effiently. Unlikely to be able to improve.

Appt. Was for a regular 6 month psa. Booked in on arrival via touch screen. Very efficient - seen within 2 mins. of arrival. Nurse was very efficient and friendly. Results available online the next day. NHS at its best.

Called in the morning was offered same day appointment for my daughter. Felt listened to at appointment and had plan/treatment explained.

Fabulous surgery. Never a problem getting an appointment. Telephone appointments are very convenient, however a face to face appointment has always been offered when necessary. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating and I have full trust in the care that is given for my family and I. We are very lucky to have the Glebe! Thank you for all that you do.

Good all-round experience. My only issue was the 30 minute delay to see the doctor.
