I was asked to go into surgery to have a conversation about my prescription of sertraline.
The doctor listened to my experiences before I started to take the drug and listen to my experiences of taking it, and in no way make me feel under any kind of pressure to make any decision it was a neutral conversation about what was best for me and how to proceed forward. It was a very positive experience and I came away feeling happy with the plan.
Swift prompt service.
As a walk-in it is easy to get an appointment. By telephone the queue/wait time can be long/lengthy. To see a doctor typically up to three weeks. However this can be dependent on seriousness of condition.
I had an appointment with the nurse on Monday 20th November, the sign in screen was out of order so I had to go to the desk, was met by a smiling young man who was very helpful. Was called in by the nurse who immediately made you feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her, a big thank you and well done.
I've had to wait on the phone up to 25 minutes.
