If you go to the surgery it is easy to organise an appointment. Likewise via phoning the surgery however you do have to go with the queue at the time and for some this can become very frustrating.

I believe that you are addressing the problems and concerns, some have, over trying to book an appointment via the phone. Once you get through to a receptionist I don’t believe anybody could complain about the service given.

The nurses who gave the injections were fantastic. Very organised and cheerful, so much better than other surgeries I’ve heard about. They make a hard visit with a 3 year old much easier!

Receptionist was brilliant and arranged for an appointment that afternoon. Dr was excellent giving clear advice
