Becoming impossible/very difficult to book a blood test. Suggested that I make a 30 mile round trip to Chichester!

I didn't make the appointment the hospital did My care was required due to my specific injury so I was not prepared to go against that advice.. The nurse who treated me was very lovely and efficient,

My GP works part time, and I work evenings, and sleep late into the morning. I had to explain my concerns before a GP was made available at a time that was suitable.

If you assume your patients need to see a GP and simply allow a same day appointment it would save time. If patients abuse the system, you can mark the system and triage them appropriately when they call to prevent further abuses.
