It depends which receptionist you get. There is a male receptionist who is sometimes there who speaks extremely loudly, making your conversation very public and asks personal questions. He had also upset my additional needs daughter by being rude and also failing to listen to her and notice that she is clearly additional needs. She is now frightened of going to the surgery in case he is on reception. I think that is a terrible shame.
There is often 17 or more people ahead of you in a telephone queue.
Was very pleased to be able to see doctor face to face.
Dr Garrett is a credit to the practice and the medical profession
I have dropped a star on ease of appointments due to the outdated telephone system. I waited over 30 minutes in a queue for telephone appointments. I realise that this problem will be addressed with the new telephone system due to be installed.
Once I did get through to appointments I was very happy with the service.
Always feel I get very good treatment at the Glebe. Nurse Jenni was excellent, did ecg quickly, and in consultation with my doctor Ellis, and took blood. Totally without pain, so a procedure performed to it's best....many thanks for your care, and a happy Christmas to all at the Glebe.
