Can be a long while waiting to get through to speak to someone

An ability to make an appointment onine would save so much wasted time holding on the phone.
During a busy working day in our office it prevents me holding on for half an hour or so.

Try and improve the waiting time holding on the phone.
Either by use of a second line or ability to send an email.
The renew prescription system is smooth and efficient never lets me down

Always easy to book an appointment and I'm not sure the name of the woman that treated me yesterday but she was incredibly nice and came across like she actually cared (unlike experiences I have had in different surgeries) The Glebe has always been very accommodating and proactive. Great surgery
