I didn't make the appointment the hospital did My care was required due to my specific injury so I was not prepared to go against that advice.. The nurse who treated me was very lovely and efficient,

My GP works part time, and I work evenings, and sleep late into the morning. I had to explain my concerns before a GP was made available at a time that was suitable.

If you assume your patients need to see a GP and simply allow a same day appointment it would save time. If patients abuse the system, you can mark the system and triage them appropriately when they call to prevent further abuses.

Dr Garrett is amazing, I always feel very heard when I see her. Receptionist was a delight when booking blood test. Thanks to the whole team at the Glebe

Few more GP and nurse appts so I don’t have to wait but t I know that is virtually impossible
