I didn’t speak to the receptionist so cannot rate them. Telephone calls to the Drs are very long before being answered. At my appointment although the nurse was pleasant she had no idea why I had been told I needed an appointment for my pill review. The receptionist who advised I needed an appointment was incorrect and requires training. The Dr had not written my prescription anyway and had to be chased the day of my appointment. Relieved my Dr was retiring the same day as she is unreliable and no people skills.
