As usual, treated with kindness and empathy. Your poor Receptionists are treated badly and spoken to very rudely by some patients!! I bet they're sweetness and light with the Doctors and Nurses though.
The Receptionists are kind, happy and welcoming and the nurse who removed my stitches was very gentle and took her time so it didn't hurt. Top class practice with top class staff. Thank you
