I was on hold for a long time before being able to speak to a receptionist. When I did get through the lady I spoke to was amazing, however my score is based on the earliest appointment available being over 2 weeks away

I can't fault any aspect of the appointment that my 14 year old daughter had with Dr Sherwell

I had a telephone call to check and discuss my request for a repeat prescription of Otomize. My doctor was not available so another doctor called me to check my symptoms. It was nice that he was cautious and thorough, making no assumptions, before authorising my Otomize spray. I always feel confident and safe with all my experiences with The Glebe. Thank you.

Very disappointed with results of the appointment and how that there is nothing that anyone can do about my pain. It took 2 weeks to be told this. Prior to this I went on e consult and explained how much pain I'm in and never got a response. I feel let down that because I have fibromyalgia and no one knows how to deal with it I get fobbed off. I have asked for so much help but whats the point. It pains me to say that my weight isn't helping my joints but I have asked for help and yet again no help. I could go on but what's the use.
