Ok if you are happy with a schedule one or two weeks on: ridiculous hoop jumping to get an appointment when you are ill

Phones better manned; cut down on waiting time for call to be answered: better trained staff on repeat prescriptions one of which was most unhelpful

Had appointment with Dr Jenny Ellis. Jenny always shows empathy to me and reassured me of any actions taken. Lovely person who has always dealt with me respectfully and understanding.

Delighted and impressed with my treatment. I went in for blood tests and asked about a mark in my leg. Georgia rightly said it should be looked at. An appointment was made with Nicola Alford yesterday who was very empathetic considering my real anxiety and happily confirmed all was well. Impressed all round with the professionalism of the team (and mightily relieved).

It’s easy to get an appointment, but often it’s a couple of weeks away.

Not having to wait so long for an appt but I understand high level of patients to dr ratio!
