The appointments staff seem to be mandated to try and decide from the enquirers call as to what type of appointment is most appropriate ie telephone call from the gp or a live appointment to see the gp or other health professional On this occasion I was given a face to face appointment with the doctor which for my health issue on this occasion was absolutely correct although I can imagine that sometimes the decision can be disappointing if not face to face but can understand resources need to be used wisely

Nothing I was seen in good time with an acceptable conclusion
