This is not meant as a criticism, I'm sure it's purely down to the number of patients registered with you.

Suggested improvements
The only improvement I think is needed is how long it takes to get through on the phone. I never ring in the mornings as I appreciate that's going to be the busiest time but calling in after 2pm it regularly takes over an hour in the telephone call queue, when I am told I am for example number 6 in the queue I know it will take at least an hour to get through. I don't know if this is due to your telephone system or lack of staff to answer calls but it can be infuriating!!

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that you have experienced these problems. We are aware that there are currently long waits to get through to us on the phone, and that patients are being cut off. It is a long-standing issue that we have tried to resolve with our current phone company but they have been unable to locate the problem. We will be moving to a new phone system by the end of the year that should give all our patients a better experience.
