The caring receptionist picked up very quickly that I was in a lot of pain and acted speedily and most professionally to get me the medical attention I was so desperately in need of.
I was shown great consideration by Doctor Sherwell who took the time and patience to reach a diagnosis. A very understanding man indeed as is my regular Doctor Jenny Ellis who has cared for me throughout the years and I’m indeed extremely grateful for all their professionalism and help. ☺️

Thank you for your feedback. I am very pleased to hear that you felt you were treated in a caring and professional way. I will pass your comments back to the staff who will be very pleased to know you were happy with your experience. I would also like to reassure you that we will be changing providers for our phone system by the end of the year which should make calling us a better experience.
