Having to call to obtain an urgent appointment is very difficult but heard it will improve. If calling later not much wait time on phone but may be given a slot 2 weeks later. I am satisfied with my GP Dr Ellis she listens and acts. Just actually getting an appointment.

The system when there is a feeling I need to see a Doctor within a couple of days and can’t. I do like the phone consultants for some things but sometimes not appropriate.
