Tried unsuccessfully three times to get an appointment. Was asked what I expected the outcome to be and if I expected to have another episode that day. Then after finally getting an appt after three weeks your appointment service incorrectly informs me it’s a telephone appt instead of a face to face. I presume it’s been changed as I receive three confirmations. I wait for a call which doesn’t happen. Then I receive another automated message saying it’s regretful that I DID NOT ATTEND! Please look into your ridiculous automated response service. This isn’t the first time this has occurred and it adds additional stress to patients. It’s not difficult to amend.
