It is easy to get an appointment if you go to the surgery and speak to receptionist. But past experience of the telephone system since the move to the new surgery has been very bad.

Suggested improvements
Doctors, nurses, receptionists are all very good, no improvement necessary

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience with our phone lines and can certainly understand how frustrating it must be. We are aware of this problem and are working diligently with the company that operates our phone system to get this resolved as soon as possible. We are also going to be moving to a new system in the near future which will hopefully provide a better experience for all our patients.
