Filtering phone calls by using options must be very difficult for older generations who are used to picking up the phone and calling with the person who answers putting a patient thru to the right person. Sadly 90% of businesses do this now to societies detriment. After getting through and listening to countless options/ advice/ information you are then told you are xx in the queue. It’s frustrating
