It took forty minutes waiting in the phone queue to book an appointment. Then I was sent a message to say the call would be at 10.20, so my wife took time off work to be with me to help with the phone call. However, I did not receive the call until mid - afternoon. It would have been helpful for someone at the surgery to message me to let me know the change of plan, rather than keep me waiting for 5 hours.
