Staff are always helpful and professional across the board. Asthma nurse was excellent and we are going to have a follow-up session in a couple of months when the hay fever season is less prevalent. Consultation was via phone.

Suggested improvements
Ringing for any appointment in the morning is always hard. The other day I held on for 58 minutes and I was the next call to be answered and I was cut off - called again immediately and was number 7 in queue so will call again when you are less busy. A sign that you are always busy but it is unhelpful if the caller is in a serious condition - more staff required for this task.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience with our phone lines and can certainly understand how frustrating it must be. We are aware of this problem and are working diligently with the company that operates our phone system to get this resolved as soon as possible. We are also going to be moving to a new system in the near future which will hopefully provide a better experience for all our patients.
