It’s so difficult to get through on telephone. Can wait ages then be cut off!

Suggested improvements
Improve the phone appointment system. Also, in my opinion reception staff are not qualified to make the decision whether you need to see a doctor and how urgently you need to see someone

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for your experience with our phone lines this morning and can certainly understand how frustrating it must be. We are aware of this problem and are working diligently with the company that operates our phone system to get this resolved as soon as possible. We are also going to be moving to a new system in the near future which will hopefully provide a better experience for all our patients.
