This telephone appointment was cancelled due to IT and common actions issues. It seems your system appears to be capable of chasing feedback despite the fact that in my case the appointment was cancelled. It seemed that there was a telephone line open in order to inform me that my appointment will not be taking place , where in my opinion that same open line could have been used to fulfil the appointment obligation.
