Econsults are not always answered often have to be followed up and are not user friendly . Prescriptions take far too long to process and items are often left off. It is difficult that reception cannot contact the prescription team. We have often spent hours on the phone endeavouring to get an appointment. We have been told by reception the best way to get an appointment is to queue up at 8 outside the building which is not suitable if ill. We realise these issues are caused by staffing shortages but this makes it no less frustrating for your patients.
