It is sometimes very difficult to arrange appointments. The surgery approach is getting better . Eg I was asked by Dr Moldovan to arrange a double appointment for around 20th January and this cannot be arranged . Now I will email the surgery and I trust this request will be met , however although I am in my late 60’s I am computer savvy , many of my friends of the same age are not and struggle to get appointments. I say , it has got better of late but there is always room to improve. Thank you Keith Waterfield

The previous comment, more accessible please , the latest phone system is better than before . Removing the Covid warning would free up a lot of time over the course of a day ( we all know now it has been with us for coming on 3 years now) , this warning must take an inordinate amount of time when people are trying to contact the surgery .
