You can always see a Doctor or Nurse as necessary. Staff are always helpful, caring and willing to help. I recommend this surgery often.

This is a very friendly and professional surgery. We have found them helpful and polite at all times. Dr Kelly is an amazingly kind, highy skilled and caring GP who always has time for his patients. My family all highly recommend this practice.

Since moving to Swineshead 5 years ago and registering with Fairfax House practice we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the surgery. The online repeat prescription service is excellent and we have no problems making an appointment online. Recently, my wife rang for an appointment at 4pm and was offered one at 4.30 the same day!!!
The nursing staff and doctors are all first class and you never feel under pressure during your appointment. The booking system is also excellent and with the follow up texts and text reminders there should be no reasonable excuse for missing an appointment.
We are indeed fortunate to have an excellent facility here, especially when you hear of issues around the country, but lets keep our surgery our little secret ;-).

Diabetes recall service not working as no recall notification. The last time I had to ring and make an appointment mentioning the failure of a recall, and then received a recall notification a week after I had seen the doctor. I wouldn't rely on the recall service.

Thank you for your feedback about the diabetes recall system. We know that it is not working as it should at the moment and are putting systems in place to make sure it is more effective and efficient in the future. Unfortunately this means that some patients have been missed and some have received duplicate invitations but we are determined to do better. You can speak to Nurse Linda or the Practice Manager in more detail if you wish.

Everything was clearly explained to me, so I knew what would happen.
Explained symptoms and how to follow up with additional appointments if needed.
Could improve appointment avail abilities.
