The website is not very easy for ol;der people they may need someone to help them but it is a good idea. People who dont keep appt. should be charged !!!!

I was told that this surgery had a Chiropodist working there so I rang to get information for an elderly person.
I asked if this person was a State Registered Chiropodist and they didn't know !! So it appears that have someone working there treating patients with sharp instruments and yet they don't know if this person is registered or not !!
The receptionist had to go and ask someone. After a while she came back and said no, they weren't a Chiropodist but some kind of "Foot Health" person.
Maybe the reception staff should brush up their knowledge so they know a bit more about what services this practice offers?
