I was not seeing the GP. I was bringing in my 9 month old son but they were helpful and listened plus provided some rooms for his eczema.

Phoned GP to ask what I should do. The receptionist said a GP would phone back. This happened within a couple of minutes and an appointment was then booked for 1/2 hour later. I was seen and treated within 40 minutes from my call.
