The most forward thinking and progressive Surgery I have been registered at. Dr Kelly should be used as an example to many other GPs - he makes eye contact, listens, discusses and follows up. These may seem like minor things but are actually very important if you are concerned about your own health issue. The on-line service is easy to use and is very useful if you are a worker who does not have time to phone for an appointment or prescription.
Well done Swineshead Surgery. Keep it up.
