We are particularly pleased with the care and attention given to us by our own Doctor - Dr Alam. The staff at the surgery work extremely hard to look after all patients. Our Doctor is superb. Missed appointments are an issue wasting staff time and resources. Getting a timely appointment can be a problem, sometimes. More funding is needed to maintain and expand the services provided to the community. I am opposed to the STP plan.
