It is always very satisfactory and I have no complaints except to ask just how thorough and supervised is the administering of the injections by your "trained" health care assistants. Twice I have ended up with a bruised arm/elbow joint after the supposedly highly experienced district nurses have taken a blood sample and withdrawn the syringe. One of them has now retired. Other people manage to take the blood samples without leaving a bruised site. With at least two persons I have not even felt the prick of the needle going into my arm/shoulder muscle and this is down to their training, experience and patient care. Please address the apparent problem soon. Thank you.
