I really appreciated being able to get an appointment with the doctor at short notice (several hours only). The doctor I saw was very helpful, reassuring and put me at ease. Also thorough with his examination and discussion of my symptoms.

My care after painful illness 2014 has been extremely excellent. My health is much better and improving. Moving from Bishop Auckland Health Center was the best move I have taken. There was a two week waiting for a doctor appointment. August 2013 I was extremely ill with violent abdominal pains, high temperature but no doctor could see me so I went to Bishop Auckland Care Hospital who got me an appointment straight away. Now being a patient at St Keverne Health Center I don't have to suffer when sick, I know I will get first class treatment and when you are a pensioner you should not have to suffer in pain, it can be very stressful.

Staff were friendly, concerned and prompt in getting an immediate appointment with the doctor. The doctor (Hithe) was extremely helpful and treated me immediately, even though the nurse had left for the evening, faultless, personal care. 10/10
