After being awake all night with chest pains and high blood pressure. I went to the surgery. Dr Rossiter ask me what the problem was so I told him, he then said do you smoke, I said yes, he then said do you have a funeral plan as your likely to lean one. This totally shocked me and made me feel very upset. He then took my ECG and said it was all right. He then tried to take blood from my right arm and gave up and said he would try my left after several attempts he eventually managed to get some. He then started to lecture. Me in a very condescending manner about smoking. Rather than argue I decided to leave feeling worse than when I went in.

All the staff are very kind and helpful.
This is a lovely surgery to attend.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the clinical, but on the whole everything is fine. Today I was able to get an appointment on the same day with a nurse.
