I have just moved to the area and needed to renew my prescription. The Reception staff were very helpful in explaining the procedures of the Practice and promptly booking me convenient appointments for a blood test and then with Dr Molsen. At that appointment I was made to feel welcome, and when the results of my blood test were explained, I found the information Dr Molsen offered was clear and very helpful to my diet - I am a vegetarian. I had no sense that I was being rushed through the appointment - which I have experienced in other Practices - and left feeling if I ever needed to attend for other medical reasons I could expect to be listened to and helped. The only thing I would personally preferred was that the Reception background music be slightly lower in volume, as I had to listen carefully for my name to be called -- especially as it is an unusual name. But this is so minor compared with the feeling of confidence I came away with.
