I was given full information about my problem-all my questions were answered. The treatment was explained to me at the beginning so I knew what to expect over the weeks. The end result was also explained to me so I had nothing to worry about in the meantime. The doctor and the staff were very kind to me and I cannot think of any aspect of my visit that would need improvement. I am completely satisfied with the whole event.

Contact by phone was immediate. Was on holiday. Come down to surgery same morning was give. An appointment. No wait, all the centre were so cheerful and helpful. Doctor especially. Great. Feedback from her. Very helpful and courteous. Could not fault the practice. Small is "beautiful." A very satisfied lady.

We were on holiday in St. Keverne and were treated with great courtesy. We didn't have long to wait for an appointment, the doctor putting us completely at ease, listened to us examined thoroughly and advised on treatment, dispensing the necessary medication. Nothing could be improved in this practice we were made to feel welcome in every area of our visit.
