Recently the nurse(Louise) who attended me made quite sure that I understood my health problem(asthma/cold) and medication for me. She answered all my question and did not worry about the time being taken. At least 45 minutes. On another occasion, when I had mislaid my medication the receptionist dealt with my urgent enquiry( no inhaler) in an exemplary manner. Recommend earlier appointment system ie within 7 days if possible.
