This Practice is still in the Victorian era, and slams the doors shut from 1-2pm(or longer if they're too busy chatting) that the patients have to stand outside in the rain, wind and cold until the staff remember/can be bothered to unlock the door, thus allowing entry to the 'WAITING ROOM'. Am there because I'm ill, not going to the cinema of 1st day of John Lewis sale. How would the staff like to be treated like cattle??? I will happily give lessons on the intricacies of the "staggered lunch hour"!
