Staff are rude, patronising, unprofessional, antagonistic & totally inefficient. They repeatedly make mistakes and/or just don't do things they say they will and get annoyed if the patient is, understandably, not happy about it. They never take ownership on anything and apologise for what they do/don't do. I would have more respect for them if they were to simply hold their hands up and say "We're sorry about that, let me put that right for you". Instead, they simply deny and/or make excuses saying they have too many patients on their books. Unfortunately, knowing other patients who attend this surgery, this seems pretty standard treatment. Staff are in desperate need of some training on dealing with the general public in an appropriate empathetic manner. They have a sign saying staff will not tolerate abuse, shame they dont see that to work both ways. If you are looking for a surgery to look after you when your unwell, this is not the one for you. Save yourself the stress and upset and find another surgery who wants to care for their patients.

Suggested improvements
Whole attitude and approach of dealing with patients. Treat with understanding and empathy rather than being rude and abrupt. Need to loose the patronising, antagonistic approach and realise your patients are sick people needing help, rather than people who are just an inconvenience to your day.
