I tried to make an appointment online but the first available appointment was April 1st and as I was worried about the condition that I needed to see a GP for called the surgery instead. I explained my concerns to the receptionist who noted that she thought I shouldn't wait so long to see or speak to a GP. I was advised that I would receive a call from a clinician who would assess my situation and then help me decide the best way forward. I took the call at 11am and this was then followed up with confirmation that I would see a GP the same day at 4pm. I am so grateful for the kind, quick and efficient service I received, from the receptionist to clinician to GP who saw me. Many thanks.
