St Andrews used to be a lovely place to go but not anymore. Receptionist changes all the time, they are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional the same as the staff from their office which is covered each other for any abuse or incompetence. In case you need an appointment, this is just a dream, you will never get one because the only way to have it is to call at 8:30 in the morning and exactly 1 second after they have finished all the appointments. I don't know what is the criteria to be chosen for an appointment but it seems to be preferential if not racial. Doctors are acceptable (oh, I believe everybody missed Dr Tana, great human beings and doctors)but most of them don't offer you an appointment face to face, the majority do over the phone. Overall, not happy at all especially about the reception and the employers from the office.

Assign people who are trained and have experience, people which are willing to help the patients because nobody is coming there for fun. Make appointments online for everyone not given just preferential (we all need and have the right to medical care)Doctors supposed to consult patients to put a diagnosis and give an referral to specialist,not to listen over the phone .
