In the 6/7 years I have been registered here I have not once met my GP, had numerous appointments cancelled without any contact - one whilst having sat in the waiting room for well over an hour even after checking in. I have been misdiagnosed and sent away, resulting in trips to A&E. What is especially disappointing is the severe lack of communication not only between the surgery and its patients, but mostly between the staff themselves. Their level of competence with paperwork is beyond poor and I have never felt more frustrated. Any representatives of GDPR would have a field day at St. Andrews.The only thing you can really compliment this surgery on is the quality of their nurse practitioners and the general cleanliness of the building. I wouldn't wish this surgery on my worst enemy. Constructive criticism? COMMUNICATE and be accountable when you have made a mistake instead of making the patient feel as though they are in the wrong. FOLLOW UP, if you have referred a patient for a service, have the courtesy to check they've received that service - or forever leave them on the waiting list.
