I am a new patient to surgery Nov '14, the reception staff did not know of my MH issues & my difficulty to communicate or make myself understood. They were very kind & patient with me. The same to be said for Dr Ghani who has been very supportive through my illness. Changing GP surgery extremely daunting. South Saxon House surgery have been terrific with the process. I cant fault them

As a family we use this surgery. Dr Ghani and her very special team are 100%. I was very poorly for over a month, they alway sorted an appointment and never huffed and puffed. It turned out I was poorly and needed to see the doctor again. The staff could not have done more for me. I am now well and happy to say well done team. XXXX
