I have recently changed to Dr Ghoni as I was not happy at my other surgery. I have found Dr Ghani's surgery to be very efficient, friendly and professional and have had a few things that needed sorting out from my other doctors and they have been dealt with straight away.

Surgery is clean and tidy and vibrant due to it being new. Sometimes when contacting the surgery depending on what receptionist you get depends on the customer service you receive. 1 or 2 employees mannerisms and communication is a lot to be desired and sometimes you feel that you are being a burden rather than an ill patient. Training needs to be given to the way some of them speak to you.
