After recovering from sepsis, my GP was very informative about my recovery process and reassuring. She was the first medical professional to take the time to explain my condition.

You're told to call at 8 am for an appointment however line is closed until 8.15 am. I was told by a nurse practitioner that she "had no sympathy" for me, so this could be avoided.... I always receive good clear advice from my doctor.

Everyone is always happy to help my family. Reception team are amazing and so are Dr's and nurses.

Good - Easy access online system able to see or consult a doctor when I've needed too. Improvements - Hard copy notes are still not on the computer system after 2 years - causing delays during appointments.
