Surgery is clean and tidy and vibrant due to it being new. Sometimes when contacting the surgery depending on what receptionist you get depends on the customer service you receive. 1 or 2 employees mannerisms and communication is a lot to be desired and sometimes you feel that you are being a burden rather than an ill patient. Training needs to be given to the way some of them speak to you.
