At the moment it appears in MY view that there is 2 points that could be looked at and hopefully worked on to make life a lot easier for the patient. The first being the flaws in the reception department that needs quite a bit of improvement from the patients view at present in time gone by it was at the point of what I would say excellent and could have taught other surgery's how it was done but not now. For example getting test results back if we could get this information online would help a great deal as at this time and I do know that I am not the only person having problems obtaining this information over the last six months I have had problems every month and when you are sick you certainly do not need unnecessary stress which could cause more health problems. My second point is that it seems that it is no longer a family doctor service the doctor has no chance to get to know a patient as a person and likewise the patient has little chance to know the doctor so hence very little trust when a patient needs it most
