Sometimes if takes an age to get through to speak to the receptionist, however the service that you can reserve your place in the queue is excellent. Once we've spoken to a receptionist we can usually get an appointment on the day either to go into the surgery or a telephone appointment with a doctor or nurse. It is more difficult to book an appointment if you should need one in a weeks time.

The service we get from Queensview is excellent, but to be able to get an appointment for a week in advance would be at times an advantage.

You are an the phone for nearly a hour waiting to be caller number 1 and when you finally get through there are no appointments
