My son saw a nurse practitioner for an ecg which went brilliantly he even went above and beyond to get us an appointment after to see the dr. Unfortunately the dr was a locum and I was not satisfied with the outcome as we are still in the dark as to what is wrong with my son all he said was next time he has an episode ‘call an ambulance’ this was a follow up after being in hospital the week before so wasn’t happy at all.
Absolutely great surgery always had been .
Receptionists are great , doctor Winston fantastic. Listens advises truthfully, did not rush
Me .
The Dr I saw yesterday was incredible, I only wish I’d got his name. The surgery has improved immeasurably since Dr de Brauw retired as he was a horrendous dr who wanted you in and out and didn’t believe a word you said. The Gp I saw yesterday was the total opposite and a real credit to the surgery. As is Sheila the receptionist. Kind, understanding and always incredibly helpful. Thanks to all involved with my care at Queensview Medical Centre, it’s very much appreciated.
Gemma was brilliant this week referring me to the hospital to sort out an ongoing issue
When you call in the morning the surgery can only issue a certain amount of appointments per day. So you can wait days to see a doctor. When you eventually obtain an appointment you are more likely to see a practice nutse rather than a doctor.
