I was sent a text message for a health check clicked on a link to make an appointment chose my time and day and that was that all booked

The receptionist listened to my request and was able to give me an appointment on the same day. As a cancer patient, I visit the practice to ‘catch’ the beginnings of infection. As this could lead to more serious complications, I am always listened to and treated accordingly, when the need arises.

Not in my experience so far.

Joyce the asthma nurse, was professional and friendly, and went the extra mile by doing heart rate, BMI and weight! Thank you Joyce! Sheila and the other receptionists are always great, being friendly and helpful whatever your problems! Good job Queensview! Thanks!

I normally feel stressed when having to contact the surgery for an appointment not knowing whether after a long wait an appointment will be available. Occasionally the telephone service gives me the option for a callback which helps tremendously. When my call was finally answered on this occasion the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment that day. The doctor was extremely pleasant. She was thorough and explained her findings clearly and how she was going to proceed with my treatment. I felt valued, relieved and confident that she would do all she could to treat my condition
